Report a calculator problem

To help us understand and reproduce the issue, include:

  • The address of the calculator page.
  • The measurements and units you entered.
  • Any selected material, bag size, allowance or other options.
  • The result shown and the result you expected.
  • Your browser and device if the problem concerns a field, button or layout.

A screenshot or source link can help, but remove personal details before sending it. You do not need to provide your home address, payment information or a complete set of project drawings.

Suggest a correction or improvement

If a formula, product reference or explanation needs attention, identify the relevant passage and include the supporting source where possible. Practical feedback about unclear measurements or missing assumptions is also welcome.

Privacy enquiries

Use the same email address for questions about personal data or to submit a privacy request. Describe the request and your interaction with the site so we can identify the relevant information. Do not send identity documents unless a necessary verification step has been explained to you. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

What we can help with

We can address questions about ConsCalc's tools and explanations. We cannot provide a structural design, approve construction work, inspect a site remotely or quote a supplier's current prices. For project-specific safety, specifications or purchasing decisions, contact an appropriately qualified professional or your material supplier.
